The first book is great. I bought it for my grandson. I will enjoy reading it to him.
Perfect condition
My son is in fourth grade, and these are the first chapter books he has been interested in reading. The chapters are short, and include illustrations, so they are a nice transition to more “grown up” books! And of course we love the way David’s life is presented!

My 11 yr old son loves the book and we will definitely order the others! We saw the movie in theaters and he just LOVES it. I got him the woven bracelet as a surprise and he wears it everyday. Definitely will recommend the books!

My kids love the books! Well written.
My boys first found the show on Angel, and absolutely loved it. Then we went and saw David in theaters when it came out. Let me tell you they loved that even more. While on the Angel app they found the books that go with the show and said they had to have them. We just finished book 1, and they are ready to start book 2. They stay engaged with the book. The laughs from my boys while reading is great, they enjoy the book so much. It helps keep their faith that God is always with them.

Love these books for my little. She enjoys them as much as the movie/episodes on Angel!
Love the young David book series. My son loves reading them and snuggles up with his tali plushie while reading them.
I got all five books for my granddaughter. She loved the little series on Angel so I thought I would get her the books. She just turned five and boy was she excited! She made her mom read the first book from cover to cover as a bedtime story when she first got him. I can't read yet but she's mesmerized when you read the books to her. I think they're great books and they teach her how to be a person of God.

My grandkids loved watching young David. Unfortunately there's only maybe seven shows of it. They keep waiting for more to come out. So, I thought I'd at least get them a couple of books. They love stories!

I bought this as part of the 5 book bundle and the quality is on par with many books that're sold in physical bookstores. All 5 are in paperback and are about as thick as your average Elementary School book. All 5 of these books will be going to my Church's children's ministry.

This book is full of imaginary battles and some real life battles. I enjoyed reading it and look forward to reading it to some children I know.
My 8 year old said this was his favorite series so far! He loved them!

Great books for youngsters to start out with. A positive message, well written, great artwork, and an easy but engaging story line to keep you reading until the last page. We watched a trailer video on the website, and I decided to get the books for my daughter. She likes them! A good choice to keep the positive materials in her young hands.
