By purchasing, redeeming, or using an Angel Studios, Inc. (“Issuer”) gift card in physical or digital form (“Gift Card”) and in consideration for your right to use the Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”), the Angel Studios Terms of Use, and the Angel Studios store Terms of Service. In these Terms and Conditions, “you” and “your” means the person or cardholder who has purchased, received or possesses a Gift Card and “we” or “our” means the Issuer. 
About Your Gift Card
The Gift Cards are issued by the Issuer. Issuer is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Gift Card program. Issuer is the sole legal obligor to you, the card holder; provided however, that Issuer may assign its obligations with respect to the Gift Card at any time, in which case such assignee shall become the Issuer and sole legal obligor to the cardholder.
  1. GENERAL TERMS
    1. Treat your Angel Studios Gift Card as cash. It will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.
    2. Gift Cards are redeemable exclusively for goods and services available at https://shop.angel.com.
    3. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by applicable law.
    4. Angel Studios is not responsible for unauthorized use of your Gift Card.
    5. The risk of loss and title to a Gift Card passes to the purchaser upon electronic transmission to you or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable.
    6. The Gift Card is not a credit, debit, or charge card. No implied warranties attached to it.
  2. BALANCE INFORMATION
    1. You can check the balance of your Gift Card by using the Gift Card balance checker.
  3. EXPIRATION AND FEES
    1. Gift Cards expire five (5) years from the date of purchase, except where prohibited by law.
    2. No fees will be charged for the activation, maintenance, or use of the Gift Card.
  4. RESTRICTIONS
    1. Gift Cards cannot be resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash (except as required by law).
    2. Gift Cards are not valid for use outside of https://shop.angel.com.
    3. Gift Cards may be used to make purchases only up to the available balance on the Gift Card. The available balance of the Gift Card is reduced by the amount of each purchase of goods or services.
    4. If you want to use the Gift Card to make a purchase that exceeds the available balance on the Gift Card, you must combine the use of the Gift Card with additional payment from another funding source. You agree that we are not responsible if you do not have enough funds on your Gift Card to facilitate a transaction.
  5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
    1. Gift Card purchases are non-refundable. 
    2. Any items purchased with a Gift Card are subject to the applicable return policy for those items.
  6. COMPLIANCE WITH LAW
    1. Angel Studios Gift Cards are deemed purchased and issued from the State of Utah. Gift Card terms may vary where required by law.
  7. FRAUD AND ABUSE
    1. Angel Studios reserves the right to void or deactivate Gift Cards suspected of fraudulent activity or abuse.
    2. There are a variety of Gift Card scams that request payment by Gift Card or Gift Card codes. Issuer is not responsible for, and assumes no liability to you for, any unlawful conduct or fraud by any third party associated with any Gift Card. If you provide Gift Cards or Gift Card codes to a third party, the value of the Gift Card cannot be recovered.
  8. Modifications
    1. Angel Studios reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice, subject to applicable law. Updates will be posted at https://angel.com/giftcard.
