Returns & Exchanges
We get it. Sometimes you do everything you can to make sure you get what you want/need, and it just doesn't meet your expectations.

We currently only accept returns for a refund back to the original payment method, and shipping costs are non-refundable. To be eligible, the return must be initiated within 30 days of purchasing. We cannot process any refunds past 60 days.
Please note, to qualify for a return the items must meet these conditions:
- Unworn with tags still attached.
- No trace of animal hair, deodorant, makeup, or strong smell such as perfume, body odor, smoke, etc.
- Item(s) must be in RESALABLE CONDITION.
*You will be responsible for covering the cost of the return shipping.
*This Policy does not include Digital Purchased. All Digital Purchases (Pay It Forward, etc.) are Non-Refundable.
Ticket Pre-Sale Refunds & Expirations
You can request a full refund within 120 days of purchase or receive store credit after that, up until six weeks after the movie release date. For packages that include perks, refunds are available until any perk is used. Similarly, for tickets or packages that include sweepstakes entries, refunds are possible until winners are selected or other specified conditions are met. Please refer to the official rules for the sweepstakes for exact dates and details.
Can I Return or Exchange an International Purchase?
International purchases are only eligible for a refund, no exchanges. You must cover the cost of return shipping.
If your return arrives in an acceptable condition, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. Shipping, taxes, and duties fees are non-refundable.
Please note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organizations
